As a Heliarc Welder/Tig, you will be responsible for utilizing specialized welding techniques to fabricate and assemble custom industrial and construction products for our regional client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heliarc (TIG) and other welding techniques to fabricate and assemble custom metal components and products
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate and high-quality work
- Operate various welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards-GTAW Welder AKA Tig welder, heliarc welder-Root and hot pass-Tube to tubesheet welding-Alloy welder EX: Inconel, duplex, 300 series stainless, Hastelloy

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Heliarc Welder/Tig
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
