Abundant Solutions is looking for an experienced Test Lead in the Dallas, Tx area.
As a Test Lead, you will lead a team of testers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in the product development process. Your expertise in test planning, execution, and reporting will help ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the testing team in the planning, execution, and reporting of test activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases for various products.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with development, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment on testing requirements and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, test results, and quality metrics.
- Mentor and support junior testers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing processes and tools.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test activities.
