OKC Appliance Company is seeking Dispatchers ASAP! !

Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Process delivery tickets, building routes
  • Must be familiar with OKC / Edmond area, map reading
  • Schedule deliveries with customers and delivery drivers
  • Confirming delivery time with customers
  • Input delivery information in the system
  • Troubleshoot with delays
  • Run reports

Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED

    • Experience :

  • Previous experience in an office setting
  • Must be able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Must have computer skills
  • Experience in dispatching is a huge plus
  • Ability to handle customers' issues or questions
  • Attention to detail is a MUST

    • Pay :

  • 17-18 / hr depending on experience / skill set

    • Schedule :

  • 1st shift Mon-Fri, must be flexible and able to work weekends if needed
