OKC Appliance Company is seeking Dispatchers ASAP! !

Responsibilities & Duties :

Process delivery tickets, building routes
Must be familiar with OKC / Edmond area, map reading
Schedule deliveries with customers and delivery drivers
Confirming delivery time with customers
Input delivery information in the system
Troubleshoot with delays
Run reports

Education :

High School Diploma or GED

Experience :

Previous experience in an office setting

Must be able to operate Microsoft Office

Must have computer skills

Experience in dispatching is a huge plus

Ability to handle customers' issues or questions

Attention to detail is a MUST

Pay :

17-18 / hr depending on experience / skill set

Schedule :

1st shift Mon-Fri, must be flexible and able to work weekends if needed
