We're expanding our operations in Central PA and seeking skilled contractors to join our team for solar panel installations. Position : Solar Installer (Contractor)
Location : Central Pennsylvania (multiple locations)
What We’re Looking For :
Experienced Installers : You should have a solid background in solar panel installations, including everything from roof penetrations to electrical work. If you’ve done multiple installs, we want to hear from you!
Safety-Conscious Installer : You must understand and implement safety protocols on every job, especially regarding roof work and electrical systems.
A Problem Solver : You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, so the ability to adapt and think on your feet is key. You should be able to coordinate material deliveries, manage equipment, and ensure installs are completed on time and with high quality.
Responsibilities :
Perform all aspects of solar panel installations, system layout, panel mounting, electrical wiring, and final inspections.
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with our project managers.
Ensure timely and efficient installation, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
Qualifications :
At least 2-3 years of solar installation experience or equivalent expertise.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and roofing techniques for solar installations.
Have or be able to coordinate with an assistant, apprentice, or second installer.
Ability to manage or collaborate on materials procurement and logistics
