Job Title : Creative Services Quality Control Technician
Department : Creative Services
Location : Macedon, NY - Onsite
FLSA Status : Hourly
Purpose : To review and process jobs promptly to provide the highest quality and manage customer and plant expectations. Provide support and assist others in doing so.
Responsibilities :
- Validate digital files to production-specific requirements
- Establish and maintain proper digital file and folder structure
- Keep digital files organized according to the procedure
- Provide feedback concerning workload and production issues or possible problems
- Track internal and external errors / problems to assist in quality improvement efforts and other related duties as assigned
- Maintain an effective comprehension of profiling and workflow procedures
- Develop and implement new ideas to improve workflows
- Provide support for new acquisitions and print processes
- Provide support for special projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide daily support in prioritizing assignments
- Consistently meet acceptable standards of quality and quantity
- Contribute to department and corporate goals
- Demonstrate a teamwork attitude
- Maintain housekeeping
