Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication in both English and a second language.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients to foster positive relationships.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
