This position provides security and administrative support for area operations to help maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The Security Specialist plays a key role in managing access control, maintaining security systems, and providing professional front-line interactions with clients, vendors, and VIPs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in clients, vendors, and VIPs.
- Manage the reception area and provide EHS and general administrative support as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other enterprise IT applications for various administrative tasks.
- Manage security systems, including badge management and camera monitoring, as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor arrangements.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
