Duties

- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with hotel policies.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, managing reservations and inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and order as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel or resort industry.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is highly desirable.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
