Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. A background in hotel or resort management is preferred, along with proficiency in night audit procedures.

Duties

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including overseeing check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain compliance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Handle phone systems efficiently, managing reservations and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and order as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the hotel or resort industry.
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse guests.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
