Our customers are by far the best of the best compared to the competition!
We have grown from two employees and one service truck to 10 team members and 6 trucks by word of mouth only.

We don't operate out of a small dark warehouse like a lot of the competitors do, we have a bright beautiful building with a brand-new dock on a lake out back for company functions or just to step outside and enjoy the view during the day!
We are seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented people to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Creating work orders, scheduling jobs for our technicians, entering data, thinking outside the box to make grow as a company together. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer information and maintain records
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
