Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise the activities on the main floor of the gentlemen's club including all opening and closing duties
· Ensure the adherence to company policies and procedures by all staff members, overseeing cash reconciliation
· Monitor the performance of staff members, providing guidance and feedback as necessary
· Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of employees, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
· Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints, providing timely resolutions
· Train new employees on club policies, procedures, and exceptional customer service
· Complete regular inventories to ensure accurate cost of goods and appropriate ordering levels
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar role within the hospitality or entertainment industry
· Knowledge of the gentlemen's club industry and an understanding of its unique dynamics
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
· Basic computer skills for scheduling, inventory, and record-keeping purposes
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 base
Due to the nature of the industry, applicants must be at least 21 years old.
