Science Teacher

The Junior High School Science Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous science instruction to students in grades 7-8. This role includes lesson planning, classroom management, assessment of student progress, and fostering a learning environment that supports student success in scientific literacy and inquiry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state and district science curriculum standards.

• Teach a variety of science courses.

• Utilize hands-on experiments, technology, and project-based learning to enhance student engagement.

• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and laboratory reports.
