Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Online Sales Specialist with a focus on Amazon sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's platform, proven experience in optimizing listings, driving sales, and managing advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for maximizing product visibility, growing sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Account Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Optimize product listings with effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, to improve rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and update pricing strategies, product availability, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share on Amazon.
- Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute on recommendations.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and other promotional tools to maximize ROI.
- Track competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Marketing & Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and enhanced brand content.
- Manage Amazon A content, storefront, and brand registry where applicable.
- Coordinate promotions, deals, and coupons to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports to track sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and inventory.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies for product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve any issues related to customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers on Amazon.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and growing Amazon sales (2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and keyword research tools.
- Experience with Amazon advertising platforms (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.).
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Amazon reports, Google Analytics, or other e-commerce tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in other e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Walmart, or Shopify.
- Familiarity with content management tools and third-party Amazon tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or AMZ Tracker.
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
