Job Summary
Join our Team! The AC Hotel Tucson Downtown is offering an exciting opportunity for a hospitable guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as our Front Desk Agent . The ideal candidate must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The qualified, proactive candidate will be responsible for customer service, checking in/out guests, and responding to guests’ requests.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
- Front desk or hotel experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and provide excellent guest services
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest relations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Previous experience in night audit or hospitality management is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.60 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
