TITLE: Front Desk Agent
DEPARTMENT: Front Office
SUPERVISOR: Front Desk Supervisor/ACOE/COE
1. Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel and assisting with check-in procedures.
2. Answering phone calls and providing information to guests or directing them to the appropriate department.
3. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Processing payments for hotel rooms, restaurant bills, and other services.
5. Up-selling hotel amenities, rooms, and packages to enhance the guest experience.
6. Keeping track of room availability, reservations, and guest requests.
7. Assisting with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and concierge services.
8. Providing guests with information about the local area, attractions, and dining options.
9. Assisting with check-out procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction before their departure.
10. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and lobby to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
