Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at our prestigious downtown hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, requests, and complaints
- Manage phone calls and reservations with proper phone etiquette
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of FOSSE PMS is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage for better guest services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
