• Be the Face of Hospitality: Welcome guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide Outstanding Service: Address guest needs promptly, courteously, and with a genuine smile.
• Resolve Concerns: Handle guest issues with care, ensuring satisfaction every time.
• Master the Details: Post charges, collect payments, and follow precise cash-handling procedures.
• Protect Privacy: Manage guest mail and messages with the utmost confidentiality.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Stay informed about our hotel programs, special offers, and brand initiatives.
• Communicate Effectively: Share guest feedback and concerns with management and other departments.
• Stay Connected: Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team member requests.
• Ensure Safety: Be knowledgeable about hotel safety and emergency procedures.
