Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a catering, kitchen, restaurant, banquet, or hotel setting is preferred
- Ability to handle and transport food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
