Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, hospitality, and staff training to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for food safety, food production, and service standards
- Supervise and manage all food and beverage staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service areas
- Oversee the planning and execution of menus, including pricing strategies and cost control measures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food production standards
- Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Interview and train new staff members on food service protocols and customer interaction

Skills:
- Proven experience in food service management or a related role
- Strong background in training development, supervising, and staff management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and customers
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus
