We are currently looking for a motivated, friendly, detail oriented, and reliable Part-Time Breakfast Attendant to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional breakfast experience to our guests.
As a Breakfast Attendant at AC Hotel Seattle Downtown, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This is a part-time position, with morning shifts that typically range from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, depending on hotel occupancy and day of week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering any questions and ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience.
- Ensure that food items are prepared, replenished, and presented according to hotel standards.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure that all food items are handled, stored, and served in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and utensils, throughout the shift.
- Assist guests with dietary needs or requests when possible.
- Report any maintenance or supply issues to the appropriate team member.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and on weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety.
