-- Duties --
- Assist the housekeeping manager and supervisor with the daily operations of the department including cleaning rooms as needed or delivering items to guest rooms
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and public area teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

-Assists with organization of housekeeping offices, closets, and common area spaces
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and report to supervisor or manager department needs
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or events
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures

- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning and housekeeping management
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals for different surfaces
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing
- Familiarity with custodial procedures for maintaining public areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
