We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our team part time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, an in-depth knowledge of premium spirits and wines, and the ability to craft innovative and classic cocktails with precision. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and enhancing their overall experience.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
- Adhere to all local and state liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience and Skills
- Previous bartending experience in a fast paced upscale environment.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
