· Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in daily operations.
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Maintain high standards of quality in all landscaping tasks.
· Perform hands-on landscaping tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a landscape foreman or in a similar role.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
· Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Valid driver's license .
