Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering Federal construction contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations, including applicable FAR clauses (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Manage certified payrolls and certificates of insurance.
- Assist with submittal management.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, legal team, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters (contract modifications, claims, disputes, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract administration for federal construction projects.
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations, certified payrolls, releases, submittal management, etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Salary : $30 - $35
