JOB SUMMARY :
As an Accounts Management Intern, you will report to the accounts management team to support various client accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day tasks, client communications, managing administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations, conducting market research, analyzing data, and helping to develop strategic plans that meet client needs. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with client projects, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas to campaigns. This role offers valuable learning experiences in the dynamic fields of media and advertising. This is a paid, part-time internship in Charlotte, NC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Aid in administrative tasks such as preparing client reports, presentations, and proposals. This includes gathering data, formatting, and organizing documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all client-facing materials.
- Support the Accounts Coordinator with campaign project management. This includes both internal and external scheduling meetings, researching, and communicating with creative and media teams to ensure the timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Collaborate with account managers and other team members to brainstorm the creation of social content for both internal and external projects.
- Take initiative to learn about the media industry, advertising trends, and best practices in account management. Seek feedback from supervisors and actively seek opportunities for growth and skill development.
