JOB SUMMARY :
As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with our strategy manager to support the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a dynamic and niche agency environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations, from project inception to delivery, while contributing to the overall success of our client campaigns. This is a paid, part-time internship in Charlotte, NC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Aid in administrative tasks such as preparing comprehensive project timelines, compliance reports, and thorough reconciliation reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting day-to-day agency operations.
- Utilize Basecamp, our project management platform, to help coordinate tasks and assignments for all teams involved. Your adeptness with project management tools will streamline collaboration and task allocation, ensuring seamless workflow and timely project completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors. You will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for potential obstacles. Your ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions will contribute to continuous improvement and project success.
