Part Time Weekend Receptionist (two weekends per month)
We are looking for another friendly person to join our team as a part time receptionist here at AC Nelsen RV World in Omaha! The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, enjoy talking to people and assisting them with their needs, and be able to multi-task while remaining organized. This person would be responsible for:
- Greeting and directing customers to the proper person or department
- Answering telephone and directing calls
- Assisting customers with general information inquiries
Hours for this position are Saturday 8 am-5 pm, Sunday 12 pm-4 pm. Sunday shifts will discontinue during winter months.
This position would work every-other weekend. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Requirements
The applicant must be able to work independently on assigned tasks. We ask that they have at least 1 year experience as an administrative assistant and have a customer service background. Experience using Microsoft Office is required. This person must have a professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor to make our customers feel welcome at our business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
