Introduction: We are a busy and growing orthodontic practice seeking a highly motivated, personable, and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Front Desk Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients, increase patient referrals, and strengthen our brand identity.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and patient updates.
- Organize and oversee community outreach events, including school visits, health fairs, and local sponsorships.
- Maintain and update the practice's website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule patient appointments, and confirm appointments.
- Check-in patients, ensuring accurate and complete information is entered into the system.
- Assist with patient intake, including gathering insurance information and verifying coverage.
- Process patient payments, insurance claims, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office, including managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining office appearance.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and other office tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare or orthodontic setting.
- Strong marketing experience, including social media management and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred but not required.
