About the position:
AC Pro is looking for an individual to lead as Branch Manager and is defined by the Regional Manager or Vice President. Openly communicate and work with other departments to ensure business operations run smoothly, provide great customer service to our customers and meet delivery deadlines.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall location and all functions at the location.
- Directs and leads all aspects to achieve budgeted profit results and other financial criteria, and to achieve planned goals and objectives.
- Guides, directs, and supports the organization in the production, promotion and sale of products as the business requires.
- Develops a high level of expertise and talent among co-workers. Must be able to teach and generate results while enhancing the ACPro work environment.
- Responsible for: developing people; improving processes; reducing costs; new product development and implementation; superior customer service; and on-time delivery.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors or salespeople.
- Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
- Responsible for following procedures and processing inquiries from home office and respond in a timely fashion.
- Incorporates ACPro’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to company standards and policies.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and offboarding associates.
- Observes and recommends changes that could provide a better experience for customers.
- Keeps abreast of new information and industry standards.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Completed GED
- 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to set goals and measurable tasks to achieve those goals.
- Employee development and team building.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Great communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Excellent attention to customer service.
- Results-oriented and able to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willing and able to drive to offsite locations using personal vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and or move 25-50 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug and physical screen..
