About the position :

We're seeking for a candidate that can provide assistance to our Tech Services team primarily in the warehouse, as well as learning the AC Pro equipment line for basic HVAC understanding. Candidates will learn the standard tech HVAC information. The right individual can look forward to a positive work environment with increased opportunities for advancement within our company.

Responsibilities :

Warehouse work as related to the Tech Services Department. Moving equipment and keeping the area clean and organized.
Able to learn basic components in HVAC and be able to remove and replace as necessary in non-functioning units.
Have a mechanical aptitude to move forward as a part of the tech team answering calls regarding the basic functioning of units for our customers.
Communicate with clients and customers

Essential Required Qualifications :

High school diploma / GED or equivalent years of work experience

Have basic mechanical knowledge of HVAC or mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn.

Forklift experience is required.

Education and / or Experience Preferred Requirements :

Customer service experience preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

Relevant certifications and licenses are beneficial.

This position requires some physical abilities including :

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with arms, talk, or hear and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and may occasionally use ladders for a variety of tasks.

Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
