What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at AC Recruiting?
Keys tasks include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and Event Support:
· Monitoring collateral inventory and facilitating reorders
· Pulling reports from systems for team distribution
· Submitting and tracking orders to fulfill sample requests
· Monitoring and communicating show deadlines
· Facilitating meeting coordination among team
· Placing space or rental orders for small regional shows and 2 corp events
· Assembling collateral requests and facilitating shipping for sales team (we have a shipping department)
· Pulling reports and facilitating monthly postcard mailings through vendors
· Data entry into online portals
· Maintaining spreadsheets to track programs in Excel (budget, shows, etc)
· Online research
These are the technology tools that we use.
· Microsoft 365 - Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook
· Meetings/Chat are done in Teams
· Website – WordPress (used for reports)
· HubSpot (used for reports)
· Dynamics CRM (Microsoft)
· Collaborative work style with strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication skills, oral and written, are essential
· Project management skills and detail oriented
· Marketing team experience preferred, but not required
Able to lift 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation – will be required to travel between office buildings periodically to assemble shipments of collateral. Locations are .3 miles apart.
In office M,T,T, Wed mostly can work from home, but occasional in-office may be needed. – Located in Northborough, MA.
Reports to Marketing Director.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
