Job Description:
- Make drinks like a boss. Take pride in your craft and approach it thoughtfully to ensure that every drink enhances our guests experiences. Accurately prepare, mix and serve the cocktails on our menu, according to the specifications laid out by the managers, in a high-volume atmosphere without compromising the quality of service.
- Keep it neat and tidy. Keep equipment, work surfaces, and your general appearance clean and sanitary. Your workspace should impress the neatest of neat freaks.
- Act as a guide for the guest experience. Use your knowledge to warmly direct the guest to an experience that will best suit their needs. This includes ensuring that they are legally of age to drink and watching for signs of overconsumption in accordance with state liquor laws.
- Maintain guest payments. Use the POS system to accurately tally and close out guest tabs; balance the cash drawer; and track and divide nightly tips.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- You are 21 or older.
- You have 1-3 years bartending experience
- You are Bar Smarts certified (If not, you will be expected to get certified before the end of training.)
- Youre dependable, honest, and professional.
- You have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- You work well as part of a team and leave ego at the door.
- Youre familiar with the following tools: juicers, ice machines, shakers, muddlers, knives, jiggers
- Youre passionate about the hospitality industry and hungry to learn.
