Job Description:
- Know the ins and outs of all menus, and be able to communicate them accurately to guests.
- Anticipate the needs of fellow staff and guests.
- Deliver friendly, accommodating service in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Maintain an immaculate work environment, including the dining area, wait stations, and kitchen.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, on-time, honest, and professional
- Drama-free team player; sense of humor is preferred
- Able and willing to execute proper service techniques and standards
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry at least 25 lbs.
