Investment Banking Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a passion for corporate finance. This role is essential in supporting our investment banking operations by conducting in-depth financial analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of transactions, communicate and coordinate all parties for IPO cases. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our clients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support investment banking transactions.
• Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings.
• Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform cash flow analysis to assess the financial health of clients.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and associates on various projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting investment banking.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
• Detail oriented for paper work
• Coordination and response with all IPO case parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and investment banking practices.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics.
• Familiarity with corporate accounting and governmental accounting standards is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking or finance is preferred but not required.
• SIE, S79 exam passed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
