Warehouse Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations by managing inventory control, order picking, and loading of equipment. Phone sales and customer skills a most. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

• Operation of Forklift and certification a plus.
• Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks safely and efficiently for product movement.
• Clean Drivers record and able to make deliveries to customer's location.
• Execute order picking processes, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
• Build and fabricate pallets as needed for storage and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Customer phone skills and in house customer service required.
• English & Spanish speaking individual.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices.
• Proficiency in operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
