Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running groups for adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
- Services include group therapy; psychoeducation; social and recreational programming; psychiatry; addiction medicine; wellness and recovery living skills; family therapy; motivational enhancement, IMR, and engagement strategies.
- In addition, clients are given assistance with case management / individual therapy and prevocational and educational services.
Requirements:
- Degree focused on psychology or related field
Preferred:
- Experience with adults with mental illness preferred
