POSITION SUMMARY: The Client Success Manager is responsible for onboarding, implementing, and supporting our solutions. The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and sharing insights provided by our solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and maintain relationships with client contacts.
- Execute and improve on the onboarding of clients.
- Coordinate data needs between client, AC3 technology partners, and 3rd party healthcare vendors.
- Train and present AC3 solutions to clients through web-based or onsite presentations
- Facilitate a collaborative team environment for both internal and external clients.
- Problem solves internal and external client issues.
- Provide ongoing support for new and existing solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Responsible for client retention
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate concepts in terms that a wide audience can understand.
- Active listener
- Demonstrated client-relationship building skills.
- Sharp customer success skills/aptitude, complimented by strong business experience and industry knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with many different types of personalities.
- Passionate about service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- This is a remote position with the expectation of travel to meet the needs of the position. Work is completed in a general office environment, sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The work environment is favorable with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous consulting or client service experience
- Previous experience working in healthcare, especially in an outpatient setting.
- Previous experience working with healthcare billing and/or financial data.
- Project management experience a plus
