Acacia Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team! Our technicians play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care during appointments and procedures by coordinating and executing treatment plans and providing thorough client education.
In this role, you will assist during exams, outpatient care, surgical procedures and maintain detailed medical records, review treatment plans, and address clients' questions. Additionally, you will coordinate with your team to manage the veterinarian’s orders, ensuring the highest level of patient care and maintaining an efficient workflow to keep exams running on schedule. This position is ideal for technicians who excel in client engagement and schedule management.
This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with 10-hour shifts and availability needed Monday-Saturday. Rotating Saturdays are required.
Full-time benefits and compensation :
- Compensation : $20-23 / hour, based on experience and skillset
- Bonus package : $2000
- CE allowance : $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter
