Transitional Housing Director

The Director of Social Services oversees Clinical and Social Services functions of the shelter according to DHS regulatory and accreditation requirements. This individual ensures quality care and provides supervision to the Intake Services and Case Management Teams.
Key Essential Functions:
- Assist the Program Director with administration of the program
- Effectively manage the entire building in the absence of the Program Director
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Social Service program
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Five years of experience with homeless population or special needs population
