We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tickets for various events, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with potential customers both in-person and through various sales channels, utilizing your negotiation skills to close sales effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Duties
- Actively sell tickets for events through door-to-door outreach and other marketing strategies.
- Utilize sales software, including Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate ticket prices and packages with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of current events and promotions to effectively inform potential buyers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to encourage repeat business.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in ticket or event sales.
- Familiarity with solar sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Proficiency in using sales software such as Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
