Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee technology and content projects within our organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, content management, and strong leadership skills. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining alignment with company goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology and content-based projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and content specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure that these align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee project quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards for accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, maintaining clear communication and providing status updates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables are met as per agreements.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and maintain documentation for all projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology and content-related projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing both technology development and content creation processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (part-time remote, part-time in-office in New Rochelle, NY).
- Must be based in New York or willing to relocate to New York.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience working in the education or EdTech sector.
- Knowledge of K12 education standards and content development processes.
