We are a small, well-established educational publishing company (35 years and counting) seeking a motivated and versatile Customer and Sales Support Associate to join our team. About the Role:
As part of our team, you will be cross-trained over the first year to support multiple departments, including technical support, sales, customer relationship management, and marketing. You will work closely with our technical support team, assist our sales team, build strong relationships with our customers, and support our VP of Operations with marketing functions using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers in coordination with our Lead Technical Support Advisor.
- Assist the sales team as a sales associate, helping to follow up with customer inquiries.
- Conduct customer outreach to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support marketing efforts using Salesforce, including email campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with Salesforce or willingness to learn.
- A desire for long-term career growth within our company.
- Either a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or education OR at least 5 years of experience in marketing, customer support for technology products, or sales.
