What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Marketing Specialist position at Academic Partnerships?

- Support the execution of marketing plans, calendars, campaigns and assets for various university partners and projects including new program launches.
- Execute tasks such as writing creative briefs, proofing/QA and tracking partner/legal approvals.
- Liaison with functional teams such as email / media / SEO / enrollment to collaborate on ideas and tactics to optimize performance.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Participate in performance review meetings and support the execution of issue solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Effectively communicate and present marketing activities with key stakeholder
- Support competitive marketing, industry, and customer analyses to identify key challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with PMM team members to address partner issues.
- Bachelor's degree Business, marketing, communications or related field of study
- 1 years Work in/with digital marketing channels and campaigns (media, SEO, eCommerce)
- Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Proficiency Level Required / Preferred:
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office -Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Intermediate Required
- Project management Advanced
- Communication (written and verbal) Advanced Required
- Project management tools (i.e.,Workfront), data visualization (Tableau) and web analytics (Google Analytics) systems Basic Preferred
- Takes initiative to work independently - Required
- Strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate as a team - Required
- High attention to detail - Required
- Ability to work in a high-pace, entrepreneurial environment Required
