Duties
- Reviewing and accepting new orders.
- Calling clients for fee requests.
- Requesting fees for approval
- Assigning orders to drives.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- Experience in customer support or receptionist roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
