Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone to run the Jacksonville and surrounding area on the weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely recovering and transporting vehicles in a timely manner. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and commercial driving experience. We are looking for someone who can work the Tallahassee, FL and surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed or tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
- Load and unload vehicles onto the truck safely and securely
- Drive to designated locations to recover vehicles
- Perform basic mechanical tasks to ensure the vehicle is secure for transport
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
- Manage conflicts professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle inspections and securing loads
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly
If you are not currently a licensed recovery agent, we are able to offer an internship for you to gain your recovery agent license. We will be offering on the job training. We will teach you the ins and outs of the recovery business.
