Responsibilities
- Lead Terafina Manual Review production efforts daily including leading all associates assigned to the production efforts. This includes managing submission reviews and monitoring of a daily queue, partnering with RBC and UBC on Submission support, managing to daily Service Level Agreements, and maintaining success through Standard Operating Procedures and Credit Policy.
- Lead loan recovery efforts on identified consumer credit charge off inventories including consumer loans, consumer credit cards, and consumer Demand Deposit / Savings accounts; to maximize recoveries. This includes implementing and managing internal and/or agency-based strategies.
- Assist in efforts with daily operations of first-party internal consumer credit collections teams and consumer specialty credit teams. This includes mentorship of existing Collections Specialists, overall credit quality of the consumer credit portfolios is within guidelines, ensuring policies and procedures are current and executed with controls in place, and providing executive level reporting.
- Ensure efficiency modeling in place for staffing of teams including but not limited to production reporting, Accounts per Representative monitoring, Training, and overall Performance Management.
- Engage as part of project team(s), as opportunities arise, to migrate additional credit products to existing platforms, to implement platform modifications and to manage the change needs within the systems supporting the consumer lending platform(s).
- Participate in product and process reviews. This may include conducting research on similar products in the competitive environment, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, mapping processes and documenting findings and observations.
- Utilize advanced data analysis skills to dissect business issues and financial implications.
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences with actionable outcomes to drive business objectives.
- Responsible for knowing and following all bank policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws. Promotes ethical environment by modeling integrity and requiring ethical behaviors of all associates.
- Supervise others, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, motivating, and training. Will typically supervise a staff of 1-5 associates.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide frequent feedback to associates to develop them and provide a career path.
- Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
- Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
- Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
- Other specified duties as assigned.
