As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and compliance teams to establish a scalable, secure DevOps environment that supports our core banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab
- Integrate cloud infrastructure with our core banking system and development environments
- Lead DevOps best practices across teams with a strong emphasis on security and compliance
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to automate deployments and monitor system health
- Design strategies for application modernization, cloud adoption, and platform stability
- Maintain and improve cloud environments including Azure and VMWare
- Drive continuous improvement in the SDLC through automation and tooling
- Support implementation of infrastructure as code and container orchestration
- Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
- Understand, communicate, and instill the Company’s mission, vision, and values (Pillars of Success).
- Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Working at the worksite during regular business hours and/or assigned hours.
- Other specified duties as assigned.
