This role involves architecting, creating, and managing enterprise-level applications, with a focus on database administration in diverse environments. The candidate will play a pivotal role in web application development, primarily on the Microsoft and Oracle platforms, and will provide crucial support and expertise in the integration, implementation, and maintenance of our core systems. This role demands a strong technical background in managing systems such as student information, learning management, identity management, financial/HR systems, as well as experience with storage and communication solutions and various educational software platforms.

- Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
- Develops and maintains custom software applications using C#, HTML, SQL Server, and Azure App Services
- Creates and maintains secure data integrations between internal systems and 3rd party vendor systems using PowerShell, SQL Server Integration Services, and other tools
- Maintains users, groups, and objects in Active Directory and Entra ID using PowerShell and Graph API
- Maintains legacy systems in Oracle Apex, PL-SQL, PHP
- Maintains servers and databases including Microsoft SQL, Oracle Apex, nginx, Tomcat, Entra ID Connect, and others
- Creates and maintains custom data reporting (Tableau, Microsoft SSRS, Oracle Apex)
- Defines, tests, and documents disaster recovery procedures
- Designs application security and access control best practices
- Identifies and corrects vulnerabilities in systems
- Documents software processes and data flows
- Maintains the Change Management Cycle using Microsoft DevOps
- Interacts with functional teams for process evaluation and requirements development
- Maintains and supports internally developed and commercial software
- Offers secondary support for enterprise systems as required
- Provides system administration functions and database performance monitoring
- Resolves technical issues and software bugs
- Conducts performance and reliability testing using automated testing tool to ensure stability and efficiency
- Utilizes Windows platform development tools (PowerShell, Visual Studio, SSIS)

- Knowledge of and experience with system administration tasks on supported enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)
- 3 Years Experience in application design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.) in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with .NET, Azure App Services
- Experience with Oracle PLSQL, Apex, Unix/Perl shell scripting, PHP, and JavaScript
- Experience with directory synchronization tools and identity management (Azure Entra ID Connect, Google Cloud Directory Sync)
- Experience with data warehouse design and analytics tools
- Experience with Workday or other Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Experience with Infinite Campus or other Student Information systems
- Experience with application unit testing frameworks
- Certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
- Certification in Oracle Database Administration Certified Professional
- Certification in CompTIA Data
- Certification in ClassLink OneSync Professional
Compensation Range:
$100,005-$110,005
