Preschool Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires strategic planning, effective management, and the ability to inspire both staff and students while ensuring compliance with educational standards.

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Develop and implement educational programs that meet the developmental needs of children.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.
• Collaborate with parents and the community to promote the preschool's mission and values.
• Conduct budgeting and resource allocation to ensure effective use of funds.
• Engage in strategic planning to enhance program quality and growth.
• Monitor compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.
• Proven experience in educational leadership or management roles within early childhood settings.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and staff management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
• A passion for educating young children and fostering their development through innovative programming.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
