Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's growth and development.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Promote literacy education through interactive reading activities and storytelling.
- Integrate math concepts into daily activities to enhance children's understanding of numbers and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize Montessori principles to encourage self-directed learning and exploration among students.
- Provide guidance in toddler care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of each child.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience in preschool settings or working with young children is highly desirable.
