- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and communication.
Requirements:
- Licensure and Certification: Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
- Education and Experience: Graduate of an approved LPN program and minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a nurse, preferably with experience working with the elderly.
